By accessing or using the DragonDrop website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Products
All digital products are delivered electronically. Physical merchandise ships within the timeframe specified at checkout or on the product page.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are expected to ship in early November 2026 unless otherwise stated on the product page. Pre-orders may be delayed; we will email you if your estimated ship date changes.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order is prepared for fulfillment.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page. We accept returns or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because many physical items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color/fit preferences when the item matches the published product details and size chart.
Intellectual Property
All DragonDrop content, including artwork, characters, and logos, are the property of the DragonDrop team and may not be reproduced without permission.
