Shipping

We ship worldwide. Apparel and stickers are fulfilled by Printful. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Pico plushies are manufactured in batches and may ship separately from other items. Pre-orders placed now are expected to ship in early November 2026; we will email tracking when your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may incur customs fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order is prepared for fulfillment.

In accordance with our return policy, we accept returns or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email faysal@cloudyga.me with your order number and a photo of the issue.
