Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email faysal@cloudyga.me with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Apparel and stickers are made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues that match the published size chart. Please use the size chart carefully before ordering.

Pico plushie pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is prepared for fulfillment.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
